Kanak’s career journey spans from being an entrepreneur, to a career coach for civil services aspirants to an established artist. Since childhood, she dreamt of creating positive impact and was inspired to become an IAS. She cleared UPSC Mains Examinations three times (IAS is the most coveted career in India and this exam which makes one qualify for this career, is the most rigorous exam). Couldn’t make it finally and became a career coach for aspiring civil servants for a decade.
After that life took a turn, she kept her ambition on side and got busy with kids, art and community service. Did art therapies and fund raisers around the globe and won awards by Australian government for her work towards the community. There was now a yearning for a career comeback. Trusting the process of the Universe, she took the leap of faith to move fearlessly into the unknown. This is when Jijivisha was born. Jijivisha is her quest to live life to the fullest by making positive impact.
Her educational degree includes two Master’s Degree (English Literature and Public Administration) and also a PG Diploma in Business Administration.
Anish Singh
Founder
Anish’s purpose is “play and paint together a Masterpiece”, he reflects this value in both his personal and professional life. He has over two decades of experience in HR and business leadership across diverse industries and geographies. Anish was with Unilever for 16 years and last role he held as CHRO Unilever Australia New Zealand, his professional journey also included working with Reckitt Benckiser, ITC, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Over the years, Anish has worked in various roles ranging from Global to Regional, Country Lead role, setting up new businesses, lead large scale change management programs, expertise roles in people development/employer branding, large scale recruitment, performance management, sales HRBP, industrial relations etc.
Anish is also an angel investor and mentors to start ups, is part of selection committee with a leading venture capitalist. Anish is also a founder of a HR tech start up. Anish studied Economics and Management. He loves cricket, is an avid reader (especially in coffee shops) and likes to spend time with his family and community.
